Leah the Voyager

Leah decided to go on a voyage on Saturday! She took all her stuff and sat on the shed roof. She camped out for a few hours! Notice the hat in the tree and the American flag in the tree! She has some imagination! Some kids were walking by and asked what she was doing! I think they thought she was a little bananas! Some people don't know creativity when they see it! It also looks a little white trashy, I know!

Hey, there's nothing wrong with hanging out on the roof! I spend plenty of time on my roof (well, not so much anymore since the weather changed...except that just this morning I was up there trying to take a picture of the sunrise at 6:30 - SO BEAUTIFUL! but my neighbor's huge pine trees were RIGHT in the way...bummer).

I think it's awesome that she camped out on the roof for a couple of hours. As Ryan would say, "kids don't spend enough time outside these days. When I was a kid, I would spend the whole day outside...blah, blah, blah! :)

When I was a kid, we played like that all the time! It is good to see that some kids still have some imagination!

Leah is the cleaverist kid I know. Too bad she wasn't born 50 years ago when kids used their imagination to have fun-sounds like a Gramma conmment -anyway Leah is great!
